Matt was born and raised in Southwest Florida. He and his wife Jess tied the knot in March of 2014 and have two boys Kai Brave and Jayse Jireh and one girl, River Joy. Matt currently serves as Executive Pastor of Community at Riverside Church where he and his team lead the charge in equipping the church to Make and Send Disciples. Matt also coaches churches around the country to shift their church to be a disciple-making church. He serves on a few boards and enjoys using his gifts of leadership to help further the Kingdom. Matt is passionate about walking beside others and seeing Jesus break chains and bring freedom!

Judy Cutler Teeven is President of Products Of Purpose. Her company creates products utilizing upcycled and recycled materials and trains those with developmental, intellectual, or financial challenges. Together they create products that can be sold, to help forge a new future for themselves or their families both locally and internationally. Judy has had the opportunity to design everything from Bridal Gowns to helicopter seats, and is listed as inventor on 30 products, and has launched over 50 branded product lines. Judy has no greater joy than watching an idea come to fruition. She is excited to use the talents God has given her at The Imagine Initiative.

David Zechman was born and raised in Cleveland Ohio. He obtained a bachelor of education degree from Miami University (Ohio) and a master of public administration from Cleveland State University. Mr. Zechman spent 37 years in healthcare starting as a respiratory therapist, served in numerous leadership positions in several Midwest systems, and recently retired as a hospital CEO. He is currently a new author, a renowned public speaker and consultant, serves as the CEO of Mergestone Group, and is an active member of both healthcare and non healthcare boards. David has been married for 45 years to Rhonda, his high school sweetheart, has two daughters, Audra and Zach, and Alyssa and Scott, along with 4 amazing grandchildren. He has also been very active in churches, most notably serving as an elder for Middletown Christian Church in Louisville Kentucky.
